It undergone anaerobic washed and barrel process that produces enzymes. The juice extracted were controlled for fermentation and other parameters for 96 hours at 16 °C. They are washed and dried inside a cold room with a controlled humidity and temperature. It is dried using a regulator for 20 days. The liqueur will be then contained in barrels for about 50 days.
