What’s inside each basket?
Each basket contains a rotating selection of seasonal, pesticide-free organic produce. You can choose between Fruit, Vegetable, or Mixed options in two sizes: for 1–2 people or 3–4 people.
Can I choose what’s in my basket?
Yes, you can choose — but it’s based on the freshest seasonal produce available. You can’t always select every item, but you may tell us your preferences and we’ll do our best to accommodate them. Customization depends on availability and seasonality.
Where do you source your produce from?
We partner directly with farms across Thailand, mostly near Bangkok. Everything is harvested within 24–48 hours before delivery to ensure peak freshness.
What if I receive a damaged or unsatisfactory item?
We have a 100% freshness guarantee! If any item doesn’t meet your expectations, simply contact us within 24 hours of delivery with a photo of the item. We’ll either credit your account or include a replacement in your next basket — no questions asked.
